Natalie Barber, LMSW

Natalie completed her Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Health with a minor in Holistic Health at Western Michigan University in 2018. Natalie then continued her education at Wayne State University where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 2020. Natalie completed 3 internships focused on disabilities, case management, and resources finding and advocacy for HIV. Natalie has experience as an inpatient psychiatric social worker, and currently works as a School Based Behavioral Health Clinician and as an outpatient social worker.

Natalie has special interests in gender and sexuality, anxiety, trauma, and suicide prevention. She enjoys working with youth and young adults to help them understand that things will get better and healing is possible! Natalie recognizes that there are many factors that influence a person’s wellbeing and treats her clients as a whole person. When Natalie isn’t working she enjoys traveling, being on the water, pottery, crafting, and spending time with her family and cat, Tigger.
